Picture Choices:
Verbs: read, kick, eat, plant, sleep, build, wrap, mop, wash, march, paint, cook
Objects: book, soccer ball, hamburger, shovel, blanket, hammer, present, mop, sponge, drum, paintbrush, pot
Nouns/Pronouns: boy, girl, he, he, she, she
 
*Make your own choice board for the choices by laminating a piece of cardstock and applying loop strips* See pictures for suggested storage.
 
Target:
Sentence Formulation 3-4 Word Sentences (I see a ____.) , (___ is ___ing.), ( ___ has a ___.)
Pronouns- he, she
Verbs: Action Verbs listed above
Verb Tense: Present Progressive (is __ing), Also target other tenses receptively.
Vocabulary: Common Objects listed above
Visual Discrimination: choose from a field of 30
Fine Motor: picture manipulation
 
Other Activity Ideas:
Use the Photo Flashcards alone in receptive vocabulary activities. For example: choose two or more photos and say "Point to the one who is cutting" or "who is cutting?" (This targets "who?" questions and understanding of vocabulary words.)
 
Use the Photo Flashcards with dry or wet erase markers and "Label the Action" (write a caption-one word or a sentence)
 
Practice different verb tenses. For example, You can practice past tense verbs by asking What did he do yesterday? (he marched, she planted, etc.) What will he do tomorrow? ( he will march, she will plant, etc.)
